15 Minutes of Fame...

... in USA Today! Actually, it's more like 15 seconds! A photo of one of my classes at the Bead & Button Show and it doesn't mention my name or class. But, hey - I'll take it!

Do any of you see your famous-for-the-day faces?!

And - Happy, Happy Spring to you!

  1. Wauw great flowers. Oh and you look busy at work :-) To bad there was no fame.
When can I hold you in my arms with that cinnamon roll??? Looking forward seeing you.
Accually the right one on top of the pics in my mosaic is taken on my hike with your guys.
Keep up the good work and please give us more pics of your great flowers. Don't you love spring in the air, I'll bet you enjoy it as much as I do.

  2. Congratulations on your photo. The 2nd person from the left is Amy Katz and I am just behind you. We are both also teaching at the Bead & Button Show this year. See you there!

  3. This is wonderful Beverly. Congratulations on your 15 minutes of fame. Paulette pointed out who I am. While the article many not have mention which class it was, it is still great publicity for the show. I have been a publicist for over 25 years, and a USA TODAY placement is premium! I am very happy as I will be teaching as well. See you at the show.

  4. Crafter???? There is the old debate about crafters vs. artists (and then there's me), but a crafter your not! You make me dream that one day my brain could begin to spark in places you burned through years ago. Anyway, what a coup for you (you look great and those bracelets rock!).
    Say "hey" to Joie!

  5. Congratulations on your uncredited 15 minutes! It's wonderful anyway. And besides, we Beverlys have the self-confidence not to be daunted by a lack of credits. :D

And oh, by the way ... your blog rocks!
